The wedding will be held on our farm, Wandering Woods Farms. It’s a rural, working farm—please plan for a true outdoor, farm-style experience.

Yes. Guests may update or change their lodging selection until June 1, 2026, pending availability.

Cell service is extremely limited, and Wi-Fi will be limited. Please download directions, save important information, and let friends or family know you may be offline during the weekend.

Yes, the water is potable; however, the farm is on a well, and occasional sediment is normal.
Filtered drinking water will be available for filling water bottles.
RV and BYO tent campers should plan to use well water when filling larger tanks.

There will not be designated quiet hours during the weekend.

Electricity is limited. To help keep emergency access open, all guests should plan to bring their own way to charge phones or personal devices.
Centralized charging stations will be available, but they may fill up quickly.

There will be a designated parking area for all guest vehicles. For safety reasons, cars are not permitted near tents.
The only exception is for vehicles that serve as accommodations (such as RVs). -
Dogs are welcome on the farm but are not allowed inside glamping tents.
If your dog does not have excellent recall, they must remain on leash at all times.While there are no animals on the farm, there are fences, equipment, and plenty of outdoor distractions. Muddy paws and messes are very possible. If your pup needs a refresh, there is a groomer available in St. Helens.

Yes! Kids are welcome. Please note that this is a working farm environment with uneven terrain, fencing, equipment, and open outdoor spaces. Adult supervision is required at all times, and outdoor messes should be expected.

Yes, bathrooms and showers will be available for all guests staying on the farm. Towels and personal toiletries are not guaranteed, so please plan to bring your own.

Open fires are not permitted at campsites.
Grills and portable propane stoves are allowed in approved areas only.

Meet Your Glamping packages
On-Site Accommodations
We’re excited to offer on-site glamping and RV accommodations for our guests during the wedding weekend. These accommodations are being generously provided by the couple at no cost to you.
While there is no payment required, advance registration is required to reserve your preferred option, as space is limited. Please note that glamping tents require a minimum of two guests per tent. There is no minimum occupancy requirement for bring-your-own tent or RV accommodations.
For guests who prefer off-site accommodations or need additional travel details—including airport information and nearby hotels—please visit the couple’s main wedding website for full logistics and recommendations.

Along with our standard 225 sq ft canvas bell tent, this package includes our signature memory foam queen bed on a bed frame with a queen sheet set, 2 pillows, duvet with comforter insert, throw pillow and throw blanket. Plus an area rug, end tables, lanterns, mirror, garment hanger, door mat, waste basket, and solar string lights.

BYO: RV/Camper
Guests are welcome to bring their own RV (or independent rv rental) and stay on-site during the wedding weekend. While there is no cost, advance registration is required and space is limited.
Please note that power hookups will not be available; guests needing electricity should bring a generator. Water will be available on-site for tank fills via a garden hose.
BYO: Tent
Guests are welcome to bring their own tent (or independent tent rental) and camp on-site during the wedding weekend. There is no cost to camp; however, advance registration is required and space is limited.
