Glamping Rental & Event FAQs


What is Glamping?

It’s comfortable, spacious, and elegant camping. Our tent rentals come fully furnished with the necessary comforts for sleeping under the stars steps away from friends, family, and the fire.

How does this work?

We’ll travel to your venue and create a pop-up glamping village of multiple tents - or a single tent for backyard glamping. We’ll do the set-up, furnishing, and help to ensure that your guests are cozy and comfortable.

You guys set everything up?!

Yes! We are a full service rental company. 

What is your travel area for creating glamping tent villages?  

Our home base is in Deer Island, OR and we currently travel to all of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Northern California. We love a great adventure, and are open to expanding our service area. If your event is out of the areas listed above reach out to us to see if we can work something out. The tents and gear love an adventure as much as we do!

Do you have bathroom and shower solutions?

We have an amazing partner that we work closely with in Oregon and Washington to help with restrooms or showers if they are needed. Luxury Restroom Trailers in the PNW has dozens of beautiful and clean restroom trailer sizes to meet the needs of your off-grid event.

What does something like this cost?

Our pricing is determined by location, how many tents, and what level of furnishings we're including. Generally, the package cost starts around $375 per night per tent, and logistics fees starts at $2 per mile from our office in Deer Island, OR. Our tents and packages are very customizable to meet your needs. Reach out to talk about available options!

Do you require a deposit?

We require a non-refundable reservation deposit equaling 25% of the estimated contract total to lock in your dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Events that are canceled on or before 14 days prior to the event start date (21 days for long distance events) will not be charged more than the 25% non-refundable deposit. Events that are canceled less than 14 days prior to the event start date (21 days for long distance events) will be charged 75% of the invoice amount.

Should I get insurance for my event?

We would recommend it! Most venues either come with event insurance or they will likely require it.

Can you help with managing our guest reservations?

Of course! We can create a complimentary custom page for your event that you can direct your guests to. The populated page will have event details, and payment options if necessary.

How much ground space does a tent occupy?

Each tent will require a flat, 25-30 foot diameter in order to be set-up.

Can the tents be set-up indoors or on concrete?

Yes they can, with practice and patience. We have the gear to do this for you if you have an event where this is required. Just ask!

 Are the bell tents waterproof?

They are water repellent with a DWR coating. Our canvas tents are from Life inTents and can be used in all 4 seasons. They can even hold up in strong winds up to 60 mph!

 All 4 seasons?! Do you guys offer rentals all year?

We offer rentals from May to October; weather dependent. While our tents can withstand the season, it’s often difficult to get to venues during inclement weather.
